QUICAKES PANCAKE MAKER-REPLACEMENT BELT SHIPPING FREQUENCY

Learn how replacement belts are automatically included with your QuickCakes pancake mix orders and how to reset the belt counter.

QuickCakes pancake mix ships in what we call a bundle — two cases shrink-wrapped together with 15 bags in each case. That means every time you place a mix order, the minimum is 30 bags per bundle.

How the Replacement Belt System Works

Normally, the cases in your bundle will have black lettering on the box. However, every other bundle you order will include one case with red lettering. This red-lettered box is important — inside it you’ll find a replacement belt set for your machine.

The QuickCakes belts are Teflon-based and need to be replaced every 60 bags of mix. Since each bundle contains 30 bags, that means after every two bundles, it’s time for a belt change. The red-lettered box in your shipment is your reminder that fresh belts have arrived.

What to Do When You Receive a Red-Lettered Box

  • Open the red-lettered case and locate the replacement belt set
  • Store the belt set somewhere safe until you’re ready to install
  • On the back of the belt set packaging is a long code (similar to a credit card number)
  • After fitting the new belts, enter this code into the machine to reset the belt usage counter

Why This Matters

The machine tracks belt usage automatically. If the belts are not replaced and the counter is not reset, the machine will eventually stop operating. Changing the belts and entering the reset code keeps your QuickCakes running smoothly.
