Walk Through of How to Disable the Belt Sensor
The belt error message is a common error on the QuickCakes pancake maker after the belts have been changed or are not in the right position. This is usually due to the belts being threaded incorrectly after putting them back on.
Common Symptoms
- Machine will start to warm up and throw the error.
- The more the machine is warmed up, the faster the error will occur.
Troubleshooting
- Hold the power button down to do an emergency stop on the machine
- The longer the machine was warmed up the faster the error will come back
- Power the machine back on once cooled down
- This is a time sensitive process when disabling the error
- When the machine states Warming Up Hold The Menu Button Down until you get a message that states Enter Pin
- Pin – 4321 then press Enter
- Setup should now be displayed
- Press OK to enter the setup menu
- Statistic Data should be the next screen
- Press Menu Button
- General Setting should be the next screen
- Press OK Button
- Belt Error Disable should start scrolling with
- 0=No
- 1=Yes
- Press 1 for Yes and then OK button
- Operation Mode will be the next screen and from there you will tap the “Cancel” button back to get back the warmup screen
